PND House

Project Overview

Completed in 2022, PND House is a 3,500 square foot oceanfront renovation in Deep Cove. Positioned directly on the shoreline and accompanied by a private dock, the project required careful navigation of environmental regulations, siting constraints, and construction logistics unique to waterfront conditions.

The renovation began by carefully stripping the original house back to its structure before rebuilding. This approach allowed the home to retain its established footprint and massing, preserving its close relationship to the water while maximizing the allowable building envelope. From there, the structure was reconstructed as a refined contemporary residence.
