Sea House

Project Overview

Sea House is a 3,500 square foot waterfront residence located on a narrow shoreline site in West Vancouver. The home is nestled into a granite outcropping, with the primary volume positioned along the east side of the lot. This arrangement creates a protected west-facing courtyard anchored by a reflecting pool, while opening primary living spaces toward expansive south-facing views of the Strait of Georgia.
